Meet Dr. Turk

Dr. Turk offers a variety of state-of-the-art services that give patients a natural, rested, fresh look. Among his latest treatments are facelift procedures using a combination of fat transfers, fillers, and surgery; hand rejuvenation utilizing fat grafting, dermal fillers, peels, and lasers; and power-assisted liposuction that uses vibrational energy to safely liquefy fat before it’s removed for a smoother removal process. For breast augmentations, newer generation, FDA approved silicone implants give patients a softer, more natural look than implants of the past.

The Vectra 3D imaging system allows Dr. Turk to help patients accurately visualize the results of their procedure before committing to surgery. The program uses three-dimensional photographs of the targeted area to create lifelike models to simulate the actual results that can be achieved through cosmetic surgery procedures.

Dr. Turk utilizes social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter (also known as X), and a blog to inform patients about new procedures and industry news. The addition of TouchMD to his practice allows the patient to take their consult home. This new and exciting office experience allows you to review the consult and photos in the privacy of your home. Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center strives to exceed patients’ expectations, truly believing that their surgical experience is just as important as the results.

Plastic Surgery FAQs

People often think the term “plastic surgery” somehow means something artificial, as they assume it must have evolved from the term for the manmade synthetic polymer that Americans know as plastic. The term actually is completely different, with its basis in Greek language. It derives from the term “plastikos,” which means to mold or shape something. The actual term “plastic surgery” was first coined in 1818 by German surgeon Carl Ferdinand von Graefe. He used it to describe the process where doctors molded or reshaped body tissues. In those days, these were typically nose surgeries.
