All visits to our MedSpa require an appointment. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.
MedSpa Arrivals
To begin your MedSpa appointment in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 10 prior to your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other MedSpa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications)
MedSpa Requirements
We accept guests 14 years of age and older. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa, however, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
MedSpa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards with the exception of Discover and The Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center gift cards. Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center gift card contains a value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are non-refundable but can be converted into spa credit.
There will be a $75.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest. Gratuities cannot be paid on a credit card.

The Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center stands behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skincare and make-up products on the market. In order to provide the best possible service, we accept unused/unopened products within 14 days of purchase with your receipt.
We offer two types of return:
1. Credit for future products
2. Credit for future services
We do not offer exchanges
