To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n
Spa Arrivals<\/p>\n
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy,food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications)<\/p>\n
Spa Requirements<\/p>\n
We accept guests 14 years of age and older. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa, however, minors must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards<\/p>\n
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards with the exception of Discover and The Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center gift cards. Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are non refundable, but can be converted in to spa credit.<\/p>\n
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.

The Naples Cosmetic Surgery Center stands behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care and make-up products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don\u2019t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we accept product returns within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. No returns will be made without a receipt. We offer two types of returns: credit for future products or services or replacement. Replacement of the same item will be made if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Refunds will be made if you decide the product did not meet your expectations, or if you have an adverse skin reaction. We do not offer exchanges.<\/p>\n
