NEW PATIENTS WELCOME:

All appointments can be scheduled by one of our friendly office staff by calling 239-348-4357 or you can complete an appointment request on our website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Cosmetic surgery is not covered by health insurance and will require payment in advance by the patient. Consultation fees are payable at the time of your visit. Our fees for cosmetic surgery consultations are $115. This will be deducted from the cost of your procedure when you pay at the time of your pre-op. Itemized quotes for surgery, anesthesia, and operating facilities will be provided at the time of your consultation. The surgical fee includes all pre-op and post- op visits related to that particular surgery.

FINANCING:

Our office participates with Care Credit financing which offers payment options for elective surgery to cover partial or the entire cost of your procedure. It is beneficial that you attend your consultation prior to completing your financing, as you will need the exact cost of your surgical plan in order to determine what level of financing is right for you.

DEPOSITS:

Once your surgery date has been scheduled, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to hold your date and time. If you must cancel your surgery, we ask that you do so 2 weeks prior to your surgery date for your full deposit to be applied at a later date (up to one 90 days).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule, postpone or cancel your surgery. If you completely cancel your procedure, you will forfeit your deposit. However, if you reschedule your procedure within 90 days we will reapply your entire deposit to the cost of your procedure.
